Nicolas Schwartz

Nicolas is a senior member of the technology sector practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, and leads our global business and professional services practice. He advises clients across the world on leadership matters, CEO and CXO succession, team and individual assessments, and building executive and non-executive boards. In addition, Nicolas works closely with private equity firms and family-owned businesses to recruit senior leaders to their investment teams and portfolio companies. Having lived and worked in America, Asia and Europe, he is now based in Paris.  

Before he started working in leadership advisory and executive search, Nicolas spent three years as a post-merger integration and HR manager for Thales in France and the UK. Earlier, he worked for the Great Jubilee of the Year 2000 organization in Rome. Nicolas is a reserve officer in the French Navy, having served in South Asia, the Middle East and the Balkans.
