Paco Ruiz-Maza

Paco Ruiz-Maza specializes in supporting CEOs and Boards of Directors with their most pressing talent issues. He focuses on assisting leading corporations with senior management decisions, creating succession plans for family-owned businesses along with supporting private equity firms in their portfolio company management needs.  

Paco leads the Mexico office for Russell Reynolds Associates and is a senior member of our Board & CEO Advisory Partners Sector. He has successfully recruited numerous CEOs, board members and C-level executives across the Americas. Paco leverages his decades of experience to help companies identify leadership needs and assess their current leaders. He brings relevant insights and learning from around the globe to help businesses be prepared for the next wave of trends. Along with searching for executives, Paco advises boards so they can successfully navigate increasing financial, competitive, reputational and market scrutiny.  

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Paco served as a Managing Director at Scribe, where he led new business development, including leading international acquisitions. Prior to that, Paco served as Managing Director and President of Cervezas Internacional for Grupo Modelo, after developing and implementing the company’s international brand strategy for Corona Extra. He sat on the board of the international affiliates in the US, Spain, Belgium, Canada and Singapore.
