Sarah De Meulenaer brings many years of experience in consultancy, large-scale transformations, and data analytics. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sarah was a consultant for McKinsey & Company, where she worked on several strategy projects, including redesigning operating models, vendor due diligences, and creating new market strategies, mainly in the industrial and banking industry.
Before that, she worked at ING based out of Belgium and the Netherlands. At ING, she was, amongst other, involved in HR and agile transformations and was the Product Owner of KYC (Know Your Customer) Transaction Monitoring & Analysis.
She holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Commercial Engineering, from respectively, the KU Leuven and Solvay Business School. She obtained a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, which focused on the cross-cultural differences in consumer responses to marketing communications and branding.
