Based in San Francisco, Sarah leverages deep market insights to provide thoughtful advisory services to her work recruiting, developing and assessing top talent in the Technology Sector. She has more than 10 years of industry experience, in particular in business management and business development that guides her client work.  

Before joining us at Russell Reynolds Associates, Sarah worked at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise where she was the Head of Business Development for Pathfinder, the company’s corporate venture capital group. Over four years, she was responsible for building the partnership program for Pathfinder and integrating the best of breed startup investments into the HPE ecosystems.

Previously, Sarah worked at Nutanix where she joined the then-startup shortly after it raised its Series B funding. She was an Analyst and Media Relations Manager during the company’s efforts to go public. She began her career at CIGNA.
