Shad Ngam is a strategic advisor to CEOs, board members, and executive leaders, with a focus on global financial services. He utilizes his experience as a senior executive and consulting partner to assist clients to achieve their business transformation goals and strategic aspirations.

Based in Melbourne, Shad has 20 years of experience in operational leadership and consulting with a focus on strategy-led transformation. Over the course of his career, he has led large scale operational and project teams. His experience ranges across a very wide range of industries including financial services, gaming and hospitality, manufacturing and automotive, as well as a broad range of geographies including Australasia, the US, and Asia. Shad was most recently a strategy consulting partner with Strategy& PwC.

Prior to that, he held a variety of executive roles across Asia including functional chief operating officer at HSBC Asia Pacific, senior vice president at Galaxy Entertainment Group, and COO at National Australia Bank (NAB) Asia.
