Thomas Drummond-Hay is a core member of the firm’s Financial Services and Technology Sectors, based out of the New York office. With a specialization in FinTech, Thomas recruits for digital transformation and technology officer roles, working with a variety of high-growth and corporate clients across North America. He supports clients from start-ups and portfolio holdings to large-scale enterprises, helping them to drive scalability, organizational maturity and customer centricity.

Thomas joined Russell Reynolds Associates after beginning his career with Dataminr, a leading alternative data and artificial intelligence company in New York. As an early employee, he helped in building and growing the business across four industry verticals to over 900 employees.
