Singapore, December 06 – Global leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) announced that Miriam Capelli has joined the firm as managing director. Based in Singapore, Capelli has more than 20 years of advisory experience consulting clients globally, regionally and locally across a range of industries on talent strategies and leadership development.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Capelli was the APAC Head of Assessment for another global Executive Search Firm.
Capelli holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from James Cook University and has several undergraduate degrees from The University of Western Australia and Curtin University of Technology.
Capelli has completed the Coaching Psychology Program at Sydney University and is accredited in a range of clinical and organizational psychometric tools.
