Welcoming Strategic Additions to Our Healthcare Practice

Christina Haurum joined the firm in our Copenhagen office. She joins us from a PE-owned reproductive health clinic, where she served as General Manager. With her extensive background in healthcare and MedTech, Christina is known for her strategic realignment, operational efficiency improvements, and digital innovation. Her career highlights include launching a MedTech subsidiary in Denmark and her expertise in market expansion and building long-term partnerships. Christina serves on several boards, contributing to governance and promoting diversity and inclusion across industries. She is also a former professional handball player and full of enthusiasm for all things healthcare. She holds an MSc in economics from the University of Copenhagen.

Viola Pasujkovic joined Russell Reynolds’ New York office. Prior to RRA, she worked with another global executive search firm in Los Angeles and New York partnering with clients across pharma, medtech, diagnostics, and life science tools. She has a strong reputation for working with private equity-backed companies on board, CEO, and C-suite hiring. Viola’s expertise includes CEO, Board, and C-suite appointments across various roles for publicly traded and private equity-backed clients. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. Viola holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from VWA University Bonn, Germany.

He comes to us from Bain & Company, where he served as a Partner with a focus on Healthcare & Life Sciences, Healthcare Private Equity, and Technology practices. With nearly two decades of consulting experience, Christoph has provided strategic guidance to clients globally, specializing in strategy development, scenario planning, digitalization, consumer strategy, and organizational development. Christoph has also contributed insightful articles to Bain & Company publications and holds a degree from the University of St. Gallen.

Sandy Zhang joined the team in Shanghai. Sandy brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry in China, with a focus on supporting multinational healthcare companies and aiding Chinese healthcare firms in international expansion. Her career began at Bain & Company and later at Philips Healthcare Greater China, where she was Head of Strategy and Business Development. Sandy specializes in leadership consulting, enhancing leadership capabilities for both MNCs and local firms. Grace is excited to have a colleague in the region! Sandy holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and an MBA from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Zhongshan University.
