Andrew Supiano

Based in Dallas, Andrew Supiano leads the firm’s Building Products & Construction Materials practice for North America and is a core member of its Industrial & Natural Resources and Operations & Supply Chain Officers practices. He advises clients on their most complex leadership challenges, and specializes in building high-performing management teams, recruiting top executive talent, and on assessing and developing effective leadership.

Andrew joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Deloitte Consulting, where he was a manager in the Strategy & Operations practice. In this role, he collaborated with C-suite leaders across sectors to develop and implement digital transformation strategies. Previously, Andrew spent three years as a supply chain leader with Shell, based in Houston, Texas.

Andrew began his career in the US Army, most recently as an officer with 3d Ranger Battalion. He completed multiple combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, and remains an advocate for military veterans and families.
