Anna Penfold

Anna Penfold conducts senior search and assessment projects across all industry sectors focusing on the HR community. Based in London, Anna leads the firm's focus on the Human Resources community globally. She has established herself throughout her career as a leader in identifying human resources talent that can shape a company’s human capital. Anna conducted executive searches for more than 15 years before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. She worked on a wealth of projects spanning all industry sectors with a focus on tracking commercial and international HR leaders. Anna is also a Trustee on the board of London-based children’s charity Kids’ City.
