Daria Rokk is a trusted advisor to organizations looking to hire, develop and retain C-Suite leaders in Asia Pacific. She leads the Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Risk efforts in Asia and is passionate about how leaders in these areas impact organizational cultures. Daria’s work across financial services, private equity, regulatory and public sector, as well as privately owned companies in Asia has helped her build a rich, insight-led approach to solving leadership challenges in an increasingly complex environment. She works with listed and privately owned companies in Asia on their broader leadership transformation needs, including CEO / General Management succession planning and top team build-outs. She is based in Hong Kong and works extensively on regional and global assignments.

Daria joined Russell Reynolds Associates from an international recruiting firm, where she led the compliance and risk practice in Hong Kong. She began her career with Airbus in Toulouse, France.
