With more than a decade’s experience in executive search, Will joined Russell Reynolds from another leading search firm where he spent eight years collectively in the HR and Board practice. In addition to delivering client projects, Will also co-led the design and implementation of the firm’s global sustainability strategy and was a member of the firm’s steering committee for DEI initiatives. Will started his career in a financial services boutique firm.
