Boris Albers

Boris Albers works with leading energy and natural resources companies to find dynamic executives to join their leadership teams and boards. Based in Hamburg, Boris is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates Industrial, Energy & Natural Resources sector. He works with transportation, energy, utilities, waste management, manufacturing and industrial services companies.  Fluent in English and German, Boris conducts leadership and succession projects, including people development audits and cultural and organizational advisory, extending these activities to digital transformation and merger solutions. 

Throughout his career, Boris has helped companies develop a long-term vision and strategy, as well as create new business models and organizational structures to optimize sales.  Along with these projects, Boris conducts development workshops for individual executives and has led advisory projects on succession, cultural and organizational topics, and audits of management teams for potential mergers.
