Burak Gorbon

Burak Gorbon aligns talent with business strategy for global and regional clients. Based in Dubai, Burak serves as a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Middle East leadership team. Burak has extensive experience advising clients on their leadership teams and boards and recruiting CEOs, other C-level executives and non-executive directors. He is a trusted advisor to many board chairmen, CEOs and senior executives of family-run organizations and regional heads of multinational corporations across the region.

Burak recently led the recruitment of CEOs for regional banks and family groups, as well as regional managing and finance directors. He was previously a senior vice president and partner with Monitor Group, where his work focused on financial services, regional competitiveness and private equity.  He began his career at his family business, Gorbon Isil Ceramics, in Istanbul, where he was responsible for business development and strategy.
