Curt Ross

Curt Ross is a core member of the firm’s Industrial and Natural Resources Sector and Board & CEO Advisory Partners. His client work focuses primarily on public company CEO succession and board of director advisory services. Curt has conducted CEO and board searches for leading energy and industrial clients across North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. He advises clients ranging in size from pre-commercial start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations, with a significant portion of his work being conducted on behalf of energy and related service sector companies. Curt is based in Dallas and holds close connections within the Houston region.

Curt has more than 20 years of executive search experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2000. Previously, he spent close to 10 years with Exxon, where he held various sales, marketing and management positions within the downstream business.
