Edgar Medinaceli

Edgar Medinaceli works with clients in the mining, industrial and financial services sectors across South America. As the area manager for Russell Reynolds Associates’ Buenos Aires office, Edgar has completed many local and regional CEO searches for international and Argentinean companies. Edgar brings more than a decade of executive search experience to his client work.

He was previously a partner at Hermes, a regional consulting firm. Previously, he was the commercial director for Banco Hipotecario, a leading Argentinean bank. There, he was part of a team that led its transition from state to private ownership. Earlier, Edgar worked at McKinsey & Co. as a consultant. He started his career with Siderca, the flagship company of Tenaris.
