Based in New York, Hayden focuses on supporting emerging private equity or venture capital-backed biotech companies and large-cap multinational pharmaceutical organizations. He brings nearly a decade of experience in executive search and leadership advisory to unlock the value of executive talent in research and development (R&D) and business-oriented positions.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Hayden worked in the life sciences practice of another prominent global executive search firm. In this capacity, he successfully assisted clients in attracting diverse talent across various functions. And before that, he spent six years as an R&D search practice leader at a boutique life sciences firm.
