Based in London, she brings extensive knowledge of the growth tech ecosystem and experience in hiring digital talent both for disruptors and businesses going through transformation. Helen’s recent assignments include CEO, CMO, CPO and non-executive appointments for listed, private and investor backed organisations, alongside several pre-IPO board build outs.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Helen was a consultant at Sphere Digital Recruitment, a boutique recruitment firm in London, where she focused on commercial appointments across the technology industry.
