Jackie Ross

Jackie co-leads the Venture Talent Group at Russell Reynolds Associates, a boutique within the firm that specializes in recruiting for venture-backed companies. She specializes in recruiting and coaching C-suite leaders and board members to biotech and agtech organizations. She is especially passionate about partnering with entrepreneurs and investors to build sustainable businesses.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Jackie was Vice President of Life Sciences at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), a global information services company that connects investors to experts to support diligence and commercial activities. Earlier, she led business development for World 50, an exclusive and confidential community for global C-suite leaders. Jackie also spent several years in client services with CEB (now Gartner), a research and advisory firm, where she taught industry best practices and facilitated confidential networking for Fortune 1000 heads of marketing.
