Jim McGlone

Jim McGlone is a member of the Financial Officers Practice, as well as the Board & CEO Advisory Partners. He specializes in Chief Financial Officer recruitment and succession planning for public and privately owned businesses across all industries. Jim also has experience in the appointment of senior direct reports to the CFO, including in specialist areas including tax and treasury, investor relations and in-house M&A. In addition, he works with clients on non-executive director assignments, with a particular focus on Audit Committee Chair appointments. Jim is based in London.  

Jim joined Russell Reynolds Associates when The Zygos Partnership became part of the firm in 2017. During his tenure at Zygos, he focused primarily on financial officers and non-executive director appointments. Previously, Jim worked for a leading boutique executive search firm that specialised in senior-level corporate affairs appointments.
