She was most recently a principal at Ampersand Leadership Group, where she selected, developed, and aligned top talent to drive growth and investor returns within the private equity sector. Before that, she was a specialist leader at Deloitte where she consulted Fortune 500 companies on executive, CEO, and board succession planning efforts.
