Limore Zilberman

Limore Zilberman advises leaders on how to recruit, develop, and retain transformative talent across public, mutual, family-owned and private equity companies. Based in Chicago, Limore leads the global Insurance practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. She also has a senior role in both the Board & CEO Advisory and Risk Management practices.

She works with boards, CEOs, and senior executives on sustainable and inclusive leadership, cross-functional hiring, and benchmarking and development. Limore also develops succession plans for executives and board members, helping organizations cultivate high-potential talent to build excellent leadership teams.

She is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and is helping to identify and cultivate the next generation of talent. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Limore served as an associate director at a powerful lobby organization. She previously worked for Citadel Investment Group and worked directly with the loan syndication and trading desk. Limore began her career in Goldman Sachs' Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities Division in New York.
