Marc Sanglé-Ferrière

Marc is Co-Head of the European CEO and Board practice. Prior to this, he was the firm’s Country Manager for France from 2009 to 2018. Marc focuses on CEO and C-suite succession projects, board searches and board evaluation assignments. As a member of the firm’s Technology and Industry sectors, he has also led numerous search and assessment assignments in these industries.

Based in Paris, Marc has recently advised several boards in various sectors including B2B services, retail, industry, and others. He has also conducted several search assignments and leadership and succession plan projects.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Marc spent 10 years with Capgemini as a leader in the energy, utilities and chemicals global sector, as Chief of Staff to the CEO and as a sales and marketing manager in the finance sector. He started his career with IBM, where he spent seven years as an account executive.
