She joined Russell Reynolds Associates from GE Healthcare, where she was the global services supply chain finance lead. During her four years at GE, Marissa held several roles of increasing seniority, focused on financial planning and management, global logistics, and commercial finance. She also completed GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program and worked across the United States in Massachusetts, Wisconsin and California.
