Meredith Coburn

As the leader of the Global Investment Management Practice and member of the ESG & Sustainability practices at Russell Reynolds Associates, Meredith works on a range of assignments for global investment management firms, private equity firms, private credit firms, real estate firms, wealth management platforms, and insurance companies. Some of her recent assignments include Global and Regional Capital Raising and Investor Relations leaders for global private markets firms, and Chief Investment Officers and investment leaders for endowments, foundations, insurance companies, OCIOs and family offices. Meredith has also recruited global and regional ESG and Climate investing leaders to private equity, real estate, and alternative investments firms.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Meredith worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Hedge Fund Client Service and originally joined Merrill Lynch as an Analyst in interest rate derivatives trading. Prior to that, she worked at the United Nations International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
