Nick Dials

Nick Dials partners with companies and their financial sponsors to recruit transformational C-level executives to lead through the next chapter of digital transformation and growth. He specializes in CEO and technology officer searches.

Nick previously served an Associate at Tapestry Networks in the firm’s corporate governance initiative. During his time there, he worked with public company independent directors in the US and Europe on critical issues for boards. He was a key team member of Tapestry’s North American and European Audit Committee Leadership Networks. He began his career in publishing and higher education at Eduventures, a Boston-based research advisory firm, Harvard University, and Wiley.

Nick holds a bachelor's in English from Lee University, a master’s in comparative literature from the University of Georgia, and a master's in religion and literature from Harvard University.
