Noël brings extensive experience in executive searches for healthcare firms. She previously led the healthcare practice for a boutique executive search firm. Earlier in her career, she worked at another leading search firm, where she helped build the practice and helped clients evolve their executive teams and boards. She has advised companies across the biopharmaceutical and healthcare services space. She began her career at Johnson & Johnson in sales and marketing.
