Paul Stohr

Paul Stohr is a trusted advisor to companies in the automotive, agricultural, industrial equipment, and energy and renewables sectors. Jointly based in Minneapolis and Chicago, Paul leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Industrial and Natural Resources Sector in the Americas and advises clients across industries on CEO succession, digital transformation, customer experience, and board effectiveness.

Before joining RRA, Paul spent 16 years with Cummins Inc, most recently serving as Managing Director for their energy solutions business. In that role, Paul managed sales, marketing, channel development, product development, and business strategy. He also led the development of power project joint ventures globally. At Cummins, Paul founded the Latin American business for Energy Solutions while living in Brazil. Paul has also lived in France as part of a joint venture with Wartsila NSD.
