Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Saeri worked as a Senior Partner at a leading global organizational consulting firm for more than 25 years, engaged in both executive search and advisory consulting for private equity firms and their portfolio companies, Global 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations, and venture-backed start-up organizations in consumer sectors, including retail, packaged goods, consumer healthcare, beauty, food service, travel and hospitality, and consumer technology.
Saeri also specializes in the recruitment of Legal (General Counsel/CLO) and Financial (CFO) professionals.
Saeri holds a postgraduate degree (Hons) in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo.
