Shama joined Russell Reynolds from EY, where she was a part of the India markets team. In this role, she worked on a variety of thought leadership and opportunity assessment reports across industries. Shama began her career as a consultant for SmartAnalyst, where she was a member of the consumer healthcare vertical.
