T.R. Straub

T.R. Straub advises clients in the corporate communications, public affairs, government relations, and diversity, equity and inclusion sectors. Based in Washington D.C., T.R. has recently led searches for Chief Corporate Affairs Officers, Chief Communications Officers, Chief Government Relations Officers and Chief Diversity Officers for corporations, nonprofits and higher education institutions. He also manages diversity, equity and inclusion consulting engagements.

T.R. brings more than a decade of executive search experience to his role. He spent seven years with another executive search firm, most recently as a senior vice president, leading corporate communications and government relations assignments. Earlier in his career, T.R. worked with Teach for America, first as a Corps Member in the Baltimore City Public Schools and then as a Recruitment Director.
