Viveka Wiberg

Viveka Wiberg is a trusted advisor to clients across sectors and is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Global Board and CEO Advisory Partners and family enterprise practices. In her search work, Viveka guides private equity clients and their portfolio companies as well as publicly listed and family-owned companies.

She specializes in CEO and board assignments and leads RRA’s Consumer and Healthcare practices in Sweden. Based in our Stockholm office, she also co-leads the firm’s Swedish Women in Leadership initiative, an effort to recruit more women into the upper levels of business, whether it be boardrooms or executive roles, and create a pipeline of leadership talent to fill future roles.

Viveka brings a wealth of experience to her role at RRA. She previously spent 10 years with Scania, reporting directly to the executive board and playing a pivotal role in developing the company’s global purchasing function. Earlier in her career, she worked with Nordic blue-chip and private equity companies as a senior consultant with Bain & Company.
