Martin Rosenzweig leads searches for roles within investment banking, capital markets advisory, and corporate banking, as well as for debt advisory and private equity financing roles. Based in Frankfurt, he leverages a decade of experience in banking to advise clients and help with their top leadership recruiting.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Martin spent nine years at Morgan Stanley in various roles in the capital markets division in London, Sydney, and Frankfurt.
Most recently, he was a Vice President on the IG syndicate desk, executing and placing debt capital markets deals for financial institutions clients.
Martin holds a Master's in international business from HEC Paris and BS in accounting and finance from the University of Bath.
