Ritchie joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Commonwealth Bank. Before that, he was the senior principal at a global executive search and advisory firm, where he advised on the assessment, succession and leadership development of senior executives and leadership teams. His experience spans a range of industries, including banking, insurance, technology, telecommunications and infrastructure.
