Russell Reynolds expands its Financial Services Practice with New Partner Stephan Veen

Global leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) today announced the appointment of Stephan Veen as a Consultant in the firm’s Financial Services practice.

Based in Amsterdam, Stephan brings extensive experience in financial services, executive search, and leadership advisory. 

Previously, Stephan was a consultant at Spencer Stuart. In that role, he worked on executive searches for clients across the finance space, including banking, insurance, pension funds, asset management, fintech, and private equity. Before that, Stephan spent 20 years at Rabobank in various senior level roles, most recently as a board member and managing director in the corporate clients practice. He began his career as a professional field hockey player and is a two-time Olympic gold medalist.

Stephan holds a masters in business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
